• No charge for cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date (with full refund of the amount paid in advance or cancellation of the guarantee given by credit card). After this deadline it will not be refunded the amount paid in advance or it will be charged on the credit card the amount equivalent to 50% of the package. All requests must be in writing.
