5. When does it start and finish the hotel daily rate?
The daily rates start at 2.00 pm and finish at noon. Any request to stay beyond this period will be subject to aditional daily rate.
6. What is the children accommodation pricing policy of the hotel ?
One child up to six years old with their parents in the same room, has accommodation and breakfast for free. Children under eighteen years old can not stay in the hotel except with written authorization or the presence of theirs parents.
7. What is it included in the price of my daily rate ? What are the taxes imposed on it?
The accommodation and breakfast served in buffet style in the hotel restaurant is included in your daily rate. The breakfast served in the room will be charged as extra service (please check the price). The taxes and fees are: 10% (service charge) + 5% (ISS - service tax) + room tax R$ 2.00 per room per day, the latter being optional.
8. Can I take pet to the hotel during my stay or at any time?
Due to the constructive aspect of the hotel (vertical), the pets are not allowed in the hotel.
